Whether you are limited by single phase or have three phase access, ShopSabre will help you find the right solution for your need.

If you don’t have the right tools, you won’t be able to do the right maintenance. Maintaining your machine is critical to longevity & precision, our maintenance kit includes 3 Tubes of approved grease, the approved grease fitting attachment, and a quality grease gun.

ShopSabre comes with some of the most robust bearing systems in the CNC industry but sometimes the most demanding environments can push the limits.

Therefore, ShopSabre offers KK Bearing Sweep kits that add an extra level of bearing protection for the more abrasive & dusty environments to help extend your machine life.

Whether you need to customize your controller for Dust Collector, Vacuum Pump, or other device control – Our support team will help you accomplish your goals by pre-installing Inputs or Outputs programmed to the ease of a button. Costs can vary depending on needs, ask for details.

All ShopSabre plasma machines come standard with a magnetic breakaway but the upgrade to the Electronic Torch Collision Detection system gives you the industries most advanced torch collision technology on the market. Unlike many lower cost solutions, this system no longer could detach and become misaligned as this system will automatically re-square the torch to assure your torch accuracy is right where it needs to be for optimal performance. If a major collision occurs with the torch, integrated proxy sensors will alarm the machine and stop it immediately, saving your machine torch from potential damage.

This technology also can allow you to use your Z Axis with force touch meaning on less conductive materials you can override the ohmic systema and use the proxy sensors to create a more accurate Z zero.

The ShopSabre manual bevel torch mount works with both collision detection & breakaway torch mounts. The manual bevel torch mount is manually adjusted left or right to allow you to tip the torch to create bevel cutting that fits your needs.

Note: quality of the bevel will vary based on the cutter power level and material thickness, additionally the torch mount does give you the ability to work outside of the normal cutting envelope, use caution when using bevel mount near edges of the machine to prevent from damaging the machine.

This item is not compatible with additional Z options.

With the USB Wireless option you can easily connect your ShopSabre to or your WiFi network for easy file management.

Additionally, this allows you to connect to the internet so you can take advantage of onboard diagnosis & remote tech support without the hassle of running cables to the machine for Ethernet. (Note –In some extreme situations you may require an Ethernet for proper speeds)

ShopSabre’s Laser reference pointer will give you a distinct location to reference your alignment of XY Zero.

Helping you improve your setup accuracy and reduce the time spent trying to locate the zero reference.

ShopSabre partners with Hypertherm to give you turn-key solutions while maintaining the maximum performance possible.

Hypertherm offers the 45XP, 65Sync, 85Sync,105Sync, and 125 in a standard definition cutter available with either a 25-foot or 50-foot machine torch.

The Sync technology makes for changing consumables much quicker and helps you get more life out of your cartridges.

If you require maximum cutting capacity, then look no further than the Hypertherm Max PRO 200, XPR170, XPR300, or the HPR Units.

These cutters offer a wide range of cutting capacities and with the use of XPR technology you can produce some of the most accurate plasma cuts possible.

You may be surprised when you see the cut quality, what once required laser may now be possible with X Technology!

Sometimes you need the ability to cut thicker material but don’t want the expense of a larger cutter.

ShopSabre offers you the ability to add an Oxy-Fuel torch giving you expanded cutting thickness for a fraction of the cost.

(Note – combining CNC Plasma with Oxy-Fuel will reduce X Axis travel)

The most popular option for CNC Plasma machines, is an integrated steel water table.

This option includes a structural steel support system and fully welded and leak tested pan with included drain & cover.

These systems are available in 3” or 6” depth depending on your needs and can be paired with our bubbler technology for use with aluminum cutting.

The benefit to a water table is it reduces overhead costs as it requires no additional power consumption, has no effect on your AC or Heat, reduces smoke at the source of the cut, reduces material warping, and helps keep the floor clean of cutting debris.

(Note – ShopSabre ShopMaster comes standard with 24” adjustable water table. )

For those who simply do not want a water table or require down-draft due to project limitations we have two solutions to fit your needs.

The ShopSabre single zone standard down-draft for the SideKick or the Automated Zone controlled down-draft for the ShopMaster series.

These systems both are compatible with aluminum cutting along with a variety of other materials.

The single zone system is designed to pull air across the working area from the main line connect located at the rear of the table.

The multiple zone system has activated zones that are triggered electronically by the location of the cutting head in relation to the bed & zone to assure maximum suction over the cutting surface.

(Note- Down-draft solutions do not include fans or filters – customer must supply appropriately sized units for their environment.)

For those who wish to build their own water table or down-draft ShopSabre offers a standard blow through style table.

This solution comes with slats & slate brackets, with this the debris will simply fall on the floor below the machine for cleanup.

(Note – ShopSabre does not provide pan or down-draft plans.)

ShopSabre offers both Plasma Defense & Plasma Quench water treatment depending on your needs.

Plasma defense is designed to use with steel only where Plasma Quench is safe to use with aluminum cutting as well.

Both materials will help reduce rust & smell which are commonly associated with water table use.

ShopSabre bubbler option is a great solution for those using a water table with heavy aluminum cutting.

Historically, water tables were not recommended for use with aluminum but thanks to the bubbler option this gives you the ability to connect compressed air to the machine to circulate air through the water to help reduce the risk of gas bubbles being trapped below the surface. Thus, creating a safer working environment when working with aluminum and a water table on your plasma machine.

(Note bubbler does require extended water table on SideKick and removal of adjustable ballast tank on ShopMaster. )

This option gives you a removable guard to help shield the bearings & rails on the Y Axis from water splash back & debris contamination.

(Note – Splash guards come integrated with the ShopMaster machine, this is optionally available on the SideKick)

Steel sheet alignment brackets are removable and moveable to fit into the slats where you require them to give you a hard stop for easy sheet alignment when loading your machine.

ShopSabre offers a robust 4th Axis indexing solution.

This solution is removable on most models and will require the removal of your table slats in most applications.

The 4th Axis pipe cutting system gives you the ability to chuck round tube and create incredible cuts in a variety of pipe up to 5” and the maximum Y Axis reach of the model you select.

This feature is constructed from a robust 3 jaw steel lathe style chuck head powered by a direct drive high torque high accuracy motor allowing you to index your material so that the CNC Plasma can reach multiple sides of a work piece.

This will require a 4th Axis CAM package (Sold separately)

ShopSabre offers a robust 4th Axis Sidecar indexing solution.

This solution is built as an extension of the machine along the right side and runs along the long axis (Y Axis)

The 4th Axis pipe cutting system gives you the ability to chuck round tube and create incredible cuts in a variety of pipe up to 10” and the maximum Y Axis reach of the model you select.

This feature is constructed from a robust 3 jaw steel lathe style chuck head powered by a direct drive high torque high accuracy motor allowing you to index your material so that the CNC Plasma can reach multiple sides of a work piece.

This will require a 4th Axis CAM package (Sold separately)

The ShopSabre TC Series offers versatility to process round, square, and rectangular tube all from a dedicated tube cutting machine.

This system will work with a wide range of work from automotive, decorative design, off-road fabrication, exhaust systems, or dedicated pipe fabrication.

Available in 12- and 24-foot lengths featuring a 8” tailstock & 7” hypotenuse.

With the addition of the CNC Router upgrade you can turn your CNC Plasma into a light duty CNC Router.

By combining our industry leading CNC Plasma technology with our industry leading CNC Router technology you get one of the most versatile packages on the market today.

This package includes a 3.5HP Milwaukee Router with machine mounting bracket, automation control of router through G-code, and ShopSabre integrated CNC router control.

Additional options exist for upgraded cutting heads, tool calibration, dust collection, and routing software.

If you need to do some one off or light duty routing for wood, plastic, foam, and light aluminum look no further.

(Note, if you need production routing abilities that require higher performance & accuracy consider a dedicated ShopSabre router machine. Only available on SideKick models with water table or down-draft options. No router table top option included )

CNC Plasma cutting + CNC Drilling gives you the ultimate production tool.

With the limitations of CNC Plasma cutting holes, the CNC Drill helps you unlock your full potential.

This drill feature allows you to drill holes & cut parts in one swift setup, eliminating your secondary options and giving you a more streamlined manufacturing process.

(Note – some drilling may require the use of clamps)

The ShopSabre Parts Digitizer features a robust probe that can be used for digitizing 2D or 3D parts.

Whether you need to trace a part or copy a 3D item, this feature allows you to reverse engineer existing components so you can then bring the file into your desired CAD/CAM software.

The Parts Digitizer comes with a stylist & necessary hardware to connect to your machine to give you unmatched versatility.

ShopSabre offers a marker attachment which includes 5 different options.

The ShopSabre vibratory part scribe combines the accuracy of a CNC plasma machine with the marking of a scribe.

Allowing you to mark scribe lines, fold points, weld points, drill marks, or even write part numbers.

This option helps you make your secondary options much easier & more accurate.

The Wireless Pendant features remote control capabilities with an integrated jog wheel to control X, Y, and Z Motion.

This feature allows you to walk away from the control tower without losing control of the machine. This works as a wireless remote for setting zeros, commanding certain basic functions, and stopping the machine in the event of an emergency. The Wireless pendant does have some customization capacity to program specific functions and comes with integrated magnets to assure you can attach it to the machine when not in use.

ShopSabre offers both Non-Touch & Touch Screen Control Monitor options to fit your needs.

Is your Shop so Noisy a machine running cannot be heard? If so, this light tower lets you know when the machine is running or not running for quick reference and safety of your operator. This Tower illuminates Red or Green based on the machines actions and cycles automatically so your team can keep an eye on the work flow.

A 24” x 36” Modular Cast Iron weld fixture table featuring 5 perpendicular machine flat surfaces and 336 fixture holes.

This weld table is machined flat to +/- .0075” and square to .1 degrees.

Metal Widebelt EZ Sanders are a cost-effective way to finally upgrade your deburring & slag removal process.

When cutting with aluminum you have to consider the risks associated with the gases that are produced. The ShopSabre Quench Guard solution is a safer alternative to traditional water treatment making it possible to cut Aluminum with your water table. While you still must take some safety measures this solution helps reduce the risk and gives you more versatility with your plasma machine.

When using a Plasma machine with a Router attachment you want to make sure to clean up the mess. ShopSabre offers a quick attach dust skirt so you can easily connect a dust collector to your router accessory and reduce the mess!

If you plan to make your machine dual purpose or add the drill feature then knowing the length of your bits is important. The ShopSabre Tool Measure Technology allows for quick measurement electronically to give you faster setups and more accuracy with your spinning bits!

This feature allows the machine control to fully control your settings on your Hypertherm Plasma Cutter – this feature allows you to change materials and the system automatically set your amperage setting, cut parameters, and air pressure settings.
